Terms of Service
1. What Shareef Clips is
Shareef Clips is software that turns streams and videos into short clips using AI — moment detection, cutting, captions, titles and related tooling ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You keep all rights to the videos you process and the clips you make. You are solely responsible for having the right to download, clip, edit and repost the content you run through the Service — including permission from the creator you clip for, and compliance with the terms of the platforms you pull from and post to (Kick, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Rumble, Whatnot and others). Shareef Clips grants you no rights to third-party content.
3. Acceptable use
- No processing of content that is illegal, infringing, or that you lack permission to use.
- No use of the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
- No sexual content involving minors, and no content that violates the law where you are.
- No reverse engineering, reselling, or abusing the Service or its APIs.
4. Platform names and logos
Platform names and logos shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate compatibility. Shareef Clips is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Kick, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Rumble or Whatnot.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Shareef Clips offers a free tier and paid monthly plans (currently Clipper at $19/month and Agency at $49/month, in US dollars). Paid plans bill monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of rendered clips (Free 3, Clipper 75, Agency 200). Where a plan supports overage, clips beyond the allowance are billed at the rate shown at checkout. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over.
You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial months. Clips you have already produced remain yours after cancellation.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
6. Refunds
If the Service does not work as described, email support@shareefclips.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. Beyond that window refunds are at our discretion. If a charge was clearly made in error, we will always correct it.
7. Service availability and no warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or break. AI output — clip choices, titles, captions, scores — can be wrong; review clips before you post them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shareef Clips is not liable for lost profits, lost content, platform strikes, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
8. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to bypass plan limits, or process content that violates section 3. If we suspend a paid account without cause, we refund the unused portion.
9. Takedowns
If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights, contact support@shareefclips.com and we will respond promptly.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
